Shipping — The Tubular Game The Tubular Game ships free to customers in the USA (lower 48 states). For international game orders please contact us at support@thetubulargame.com.
Shipping — Apparel & Accessories Apparel and accessories are fulfilled by our production partner and ship separately from the game. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and typically range from $5–9. We ship apparel to most countries worldwide.
Warranty — The Tubular Game We offer a 12-month warranty on all game components. If anything arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it — no questions asked. Lost a piece along the way? Contact us and we'll do our best to sort you out.
Returns & Exchanges — Apparel Apparel returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of purchase on unworn items in original packaging. Items must be in original condition to be eligible. Please contact us at support@thetubulargame.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Returns — The Tubular Game We accept game returns within 21 days of purchase on unused items in original condition. Items returned after 21 days are not eligible for a refund unless covered under warranty.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. A 50% restocking fee applies to items not returned in original condition. Sale items and discount code orders are not eligible for refunds, though warranty coverage still applies.
