Customer Satisfaction

Shipping
Free shipping for USA (lower 48 states only).
No international shipping. Please contact us for inquiries.
Warranty
We offer a 24 month warranty on all parts. If by chance you lose a part contact us and we will do our best to replace it for you.
Returns
We offer free shipping returns. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, unless it's a warranty claim.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise a 50% restocking fee is applied. This will be assessed when returned item is received.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. We will then send you a return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Shopify policy is 3-10 business days).
Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately sale items / discount codes etc cannot be refunded. However, our warranty still applies.
